Our Story

When I became a parent, I wanted my daughter to grow up bilingual—able to connect with her Colombian family and thrive in a global world—but few toys supported language learning in the earliest months of life. Existing options didn’t make it easy to recall vocabulary, share songs, or seamlessly integrate another language into daily routines.

I started Birdsong to solve my own need as a parent. Our toys are practical and age-appropriate, helping families bring bilingual parenting to life in a way that’s simple, engaging, and lasting from the start.
