Birdsong Is Featured in British Vogue

A little Birdsong milestone we’re very excited to share.

Birdsong is featured in the November 2026 issue of British Vogue, both in print and online as part of Vogue Retail’s Baby & Child collection.

Seeing Birdsong on the pages of Vogue feels especially meaningful because this brand began with a very personal question: How do we make it easier to pass a language on to our children?

For us, the answer has always been to start with the moments families are already sharing.

Playtime. Mealtime. Bedtime. A song sung again and again. A word repeated while a baby explores something with their hands. Small moments that, over time, become language, connection and culture.

Birdsong in the November issue of British Vogue

In the November print issue, Birdsong appears in Vogue’s Petite Chic advertising feature. The feature describes Birdsong this way:

“For babies growing up between two languages, BIRDSONG turns everyday play into a place for Spanish.”

It goes on to highlight our screen-free sensory toys and the way they invite parents to sing, speak and connect from the beginning, making bilingualism part of everyday life.

And seeing our little Sol right there on the printed page? That one is going in the keepsake box.

The feature appears in the November 2026 issue of Vogue.

Birdsong is also featured online in Vogue Retail: Baby & Child — Vogue Retail’s Best Finds for Little Ones and Expecting Parents.

The online feature similarly highlights our mission to make bilingualism feel natural, joyful and part of daily life through screen-free sensory play. Vogue UK

Why this one means so much

Birdsong was created because raising a bilingual child can feel surprisingly complicated.

You can want your baby to grow up speaking Spanish and still wonder:

Am I speaking enough?

Is my Spanish good enough?

How do I actually make this part of our everyday life?

Birdsong exists to make that starting point easier.

Our toys and mealtime essentials are designed around the routines babies already know, using songs, repetition, sensory play and simple Spanish and English language prompts to give parents more opportunities to speak and sing throughout the day.

No screens. No buttons doing the talking for you.

Just more little invitations to use your voice.

And our hope is that, long before a child understands what it means to be bilingual, they understand what it feels like to hear both of their languages spoken with warmth, joy and love.

From our family to yours

Being included in the November issue of British Vogue is a special milestone for our very young brand—but the part that matters most hasn’t changed.

Birdsong is still about what happens at home: a parent singing “Un Elefante se Balanceaba,” naming a food at the table, counting little rays in Spanish, or finding five more minutes in the day to share the language they hope their child will carry forward.

Thank you to every family who has brought Birdsong into those moments.

We’re only getting started.

Con amor,
Ashley
